All prices are shown in AUSTRALIAN DOLLARS by defalt unless you otherwise select your local currency to display.  You will be billed in Australian Dollars only. 

There are 3 ways you can pay at HotJocks.com.au.  We prefer Credit Card.

* Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard or American Express) 

* PayPal

* Direct Bank Deposit  (Australian Customers Only) 

Credit Cards:

We accept payment via Visa, MasterCard or American Express credit cards through our secure online checkout.  We use ANZ eGate as our credit card processing facility and you will be redirected to an ANZ secure page for payment if you select the credit card option. 

We also utilise anti-fraud technology to better protect our customers and ourselves from unauthorised use of credit cards.  If your card is enrolled in Verified by Visa or MasterCard SecureCode, you will be asked to enter your secure password details.  If you have not done this before, the system will prompt you to set this up for your future online shopping.

 If your card issuer does not provide these security services, you will still be able to purchase as normal with your credit card.  Here is some information about how the two systems work.

Verified by Visa

Verified by VISA is a free service that provides extra protection when you shop online at participating online retailers (such as HotJocks .com.au) using your Visa card.  It lets you use a personal password while making purchases online, giving you the added assurance that only you can use your Visa card. This protection is similar to entering your PIN at an ATM.

How does it work?

You will create your Verified by Visa password and Verified by Visa personal message when you enrol for Verified by Visa.

Your card will be recognised as a Verified by Visa enabled credit card When you shop online at a Verified by Visa merchant. This will activate a two-way confirmation:

1. Your personal message will be displayed confirming that you will be authenticating your Verified by Visa password.
2. You will then be asked to enter your chosen Verified by Visa password to identify yourself.

How to enrol for Verified by VISA

Step 1:  To enrol, simply place an order in our store using the Credit Card payment option. When you are ready to buy, enter your Visa Card details in the payment page.

Step 2:  You will automatically be prompted for Verified by Visa enrolment. Enter the following details:

1. Name shown on your Visa Card
2. Signature panel code - the last three digits on the signature panel on the back of your card
3. Card expiry date
4. Your date of birth.

Click the 'Enrol Now' button.

Note: none of this information will be disclosed to HotJocks .com.au as the merchant.  This is a secure transaction made between you and your Visa card issuer.

Step 3: You will now be asked to create a personal message and Verified by VISA password.

Make sure you remember your password; you will be prompted for it each time you shop online at a Verified by Visa store.

Click the Submit button.

Step 4:  A confirmation page will be displayed. Your Visa Card is now enrolled for Verified by VISA.

MasterCard SecureCode

MasterCard SecureCode is an online security service provided at no additional cost that protects your card against unauthorised use when you shop online with participating merchants such as HotJocks .com.au.

How to enrol for MasterCard SecureCode

Step 1 To enrol, shop online at any participating SecureCode merchant. Simply look for the MasterCard SecureCode logo on the merchants website.  When you are ready to make a purchase, enter your MasterCard details on the payment page.

Step 2 You will automatically be prompted for MasterCard SecureCode enrolment. Enter the following details:

1. Name - as shown on your MasterCard
2. Last three digits on the Card Signature Panel
3. Card Expiry Date
4. Date of Birth.

Click the "Enrol now" button.

Step 3 When you enrol in the MasterCard SecureCode service, you will be asked to create a Personal Message and MasterCard SecureCode.

PayPal:

You can also pay for your order using your PayPal account.  PayPal offers the ability to store your credit card details and bank account details meaning you can choose how you want to pay by logging into your PayPal account.  PayPal is available to those cutomers who wish to pay for their orders this way.  You will be redirected to a PayPal secure payment page if you select the PayPal option.

Direct Bank Deposit:

Orders placed with this method will be held for a maximum of 3 days.  We must receive full payment within 3 days or we will be forced to return the items from your order to inventory and may cancel your order.  You will be supplied our bank account details at the final stage of the checkout. 

This option is only available to our Australian customers.

NOTE:  Suspected Credit Card Fraud

We reserve the right to delay shipping of any order which we deem to be of a possibly fraudulent nature while we investigate the payment.  We will contact you to discuss the matter.  We will not send stock, even after payment, in the event that we believe a credit card has been used without authorisation.  In this event, we will aim to resolve the issue with the buyer and if we are not satisfied that the credit card transaction is fully legitimate, we may choose to refund the transaction and cancel the order.  Please understand that this it is important for us to protect ourselves and our customers from credit card fraud.  This applies also to possible fraudluent transactions made via PayPal.
